9. Considering the police department is too corrupt for their own good, they have no access to the type of surveillance that could solve this crimes. Sooner verse later part of this data collecting surveillance will need to be used… But I am guess this 22 year old boy dosent warrant this type of investigation and will be left with the police abilities and social media request for the public help…Keep is Classy San Diego…
